Will you remove my lights as well as install them?

Absolutely! We are dedicated to providing you with a beautiful Holiday display, as well as taking all of the burden out of shopping for necessary materials, installing lights, and removing the lights after the holiday season. Removal is included in our price. Removals begin in early January.

Do I need to purchase the lights and decorations?

Silent Night Shimmers lease all decorations, lights, extension cords and materials needed. This ensures all decorations and lighting are in top condition, approved for outdoor use and prepared properly for the season.

What areas do you service?

Our service area covers Nassau County and Suffolk County on Long Island, New York.

What happens if I have a problem with my lights?

Our team is trained to take all of the necessary measures to prevent any problems with your lights. However, if you do have a problem with your display, we will correct the problem as soon as possible.

Is there a difference between your lights and the ones I can buy at my local retailer?

Absolutely! Our decor is manufactured to our specifications—longer-life bulbs and extra fullness on all of our greenery. We also feature UL-rated, outdoor extension cords, a variety of property-friendly installation accessories and commercial-grade specialty décor. You won’t find better quality anywhere!

When is the best time to schedule my Christmas lights installation?

It's advisable to schedule as early as possible, as our availability can fill up quickly during the holiday season.
